For the consideration of your time at Sherrielee Holistic Skin Spa, please silence your phone before entering the spa.


CANCELLATION POLICY

At sherrielee skincare I take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before your arrival. I am committed to providing you all with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Please give a 24 hours notice to notify us of any changes or cancellations. I understand that life's circumstances sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments, but if 24-hour notification is not given, you may be charged 50% of your scheduled service for the missed appointment and will have to pay in full on your future appointments.

NO SHOW

A no-show occurs when a client misses their scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice. Clients who do not show for their regularly scheduled appointments will be required to prepay for future appointments. When you you do not show up for your appointment, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. No-shows are subject to payment of 100% of the reserved service amount. We value your business and ask that you respect the this policy.

TARDINESS POLICY

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten, reschedule or cancel your service. Clients that are 15 minutes late for their appointment may be charged in full for their scheduled session and your service may be canceled.


SERVICES REFUND POLICY

While I make every effort to make my customers as happy as possible, all service sales are final. I am a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments, sessions and retail.


GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES

Gift Cards may be purchased at the spa or online. They may be used towards any spa retail or service. Gift Cards/Certificates must be present at time of purchase/usage. Lost or stolen Gift Cards/Certificates cannot be redeemed or replaced. Gift Cards/Certificates do not expire. All sales are final. Gift Cards/Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards/Certificates must be mentioned when scheduling and presented prior to service.  They are nonrefundable, nontransferable. Gift Cards/Certificates are not valid for couples & group treatments, due to the unique requirements of couples & group treatments, this policy is in place because couples and group treatments require two or more therapists, who are independent contractors and are not employees of Sherrielee Holistic Skin Spa. As such, we incur additional costs that are not factored into our standard pricing. We appreciate your understanding of this policy and hope you will still choose to enjoy our couples & group treatments at their regular price. Please note that this policy applies to all couples & group treatments, including massages, facials, and other services.

SKIN CARE PRODUCT POLICY

While my goal at Sherrielee Holistic Skin Spa is to make sure my product recommendations will work for you, sometimes your skin might not react as expected. I work with you to choose the best treatment based on your skincare needs. If you have received a skincare consultation or treatment from Sherrielee Holistic Skin Spa and if the product that I recommend did not work for you, I welcome you to contact me so that we can work together to find the right product for your skin. Unfortunately, due to sanitation laws and guidelines there are no returns or refunds on opened products.

All prices are based on starting prices only. Although I make every effort to keep my website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
